Thank you for the follow up. We have certainly found the new system much easier to use. The ability to search all resources at once and use the various tools to narrow down that search is great.
I also find that being able to keep the various tabs open at the one time and save in folders is useful. Tax is an area where there may be a number of rules affecting a transaction and being to refer to each of them with a couple of clicks makes life easier. We are finding that our staff are happier to use it now and they are gradually using it more and more.
