"The BTL Program is an effective and challenging retreat that not only refines leadership skills, but also provides the candidate with exposure and real-life understanding about the challenges facing the Wolters Kluwer businesses globally. This is a positive experience for someone who seeks to grow with the business and who seeks to learn from hands-on experiance. I have found the program to be both rewarding and humbling as I work with colleagues from other departments, countries and cultures. I highly recommend this program to any WK person who wants to take a proactive role in growing the business. I am proud to have worked with the numerous colleagues from China, Malaysia and Singapore; and I look forward to an opportunity to do the same again".
