 Full Bench hands down historic equal pay decision |
| A majority of the Full Bench of Fair Work Australia (Full Bench) has awarded a pay increase to workers in the social, community and disability services (SACS) industry on the basis of the equal pay provisions in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Fair Work Act).
